Return & Exchange Policy
If you request a return or exchange due to a customer-side issue, delivery charges will be borne by the customer. If the issue is due to a seller mistake, we will cover the delivery charges for the exchange.
Shipping Policy
Orders are delivered within 2–3 days via express delivery. Sunday is excluded from delivery days.
Cancellation Policy
After your order is confirmed through a confirmation call, it cannot be cancelled.
